Tai chi, along with yoga and other exercise programs, is a great way to improve your balance, overall physical fitness and physical ability to drive. You should check with your doctor before starting a new fitness or exercise program, though – even if you participated in the past. Failing to do so could lead to an injury and even limit your ability to walk or drive.
