New exercise program

I have not tried to exercise in years, so I’m nervous to start a new program, even though I want to keep driving. How do I know I’ll be able to manage it?


Definitely talk to your doctor about starting a new fitness program. Your doctor can help you set limits and monitor progress as you gain strength and flexibility. It’s your safest approach to getting in better shape while reducing risk of injury.
